Atlanta Aids Walk 2011

   A day full of great spirits, remembrance, and motivated supporters. Hundreds of thousands of dollars were raised in an effort to support organizations involved with HIV/AIDS. Grateful that we could share in the fight to prevent the disease!

Mr. Kanye West's Collection Debuts in Paris Fashion Week.

 Expectations for this show were definitely at an all time high(What better mix than fashion and Kanye West?!). When broadcast to the world, I believe the fashion world were brought to their knees. From the textures to the dead on originality in every piece, I was blown away from every single factor. It shows just what West can bring to the table and this is only the beginning. These pieces signifies feminism with an edge and sexiness to it. Something every women personifies and should have represent with them in their clothing.

Artist Spotlight: Smith's World

Driven by a plethora of ambivalent emotions Cleveland “Chea” Smith found his nick for photography via an avenue of trial and error. Before discovering his talent he navigated the problem areas of most young people: figuring out his major, finding himself, and developing a talent to exhibit to the world. After a rough first semester in college at the Art Institute of Atlanta and a life-changing conversation with a mentor, he realized that creating photography was to become his life. Like a football player in the off-season, he trained. He woke up early mornings during the summer to work on different methods and techniques. Better yet, he ups the ante using composition, symmetry, light, color, and different angles to his advantage.  His ideas progress to a different and more advanced standard than before.Drawing inspiration from EVERYTHING, his new degree shall be another notch under his belt very soon.
